Questioning the same W.P.No.26889 of 2024 was filed and the same is pending for consideration. Hence the present writ petition has rendered infructuous and the learned counsel endorsed the same on the bundle. 2. In view of the said submission of the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
