Copy of said communication is made over to learned advocate representing petitioner. 4) It is disclosed in aforesaid communication that no FIR is registered against petitioner as on date in any Police Stations under Superintendent of Police, Purba Bardhaman. 5) In view of disclosure of fact vide communication dated 17th August, 2026 that no FIR is registered as on date against petitioner, no further order need be passed on this writ petition and writ petition stands disposed of. 6) Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
