Indisputably, she is major. On interaction, she submitted that she is residing with her parents and is not in illegal detention. She expressed her desire to return to her parental home. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the habeas corpus petition. The same is dismissed accordingly.
