The impugned order dated 30.03.2026 passed by the District Magistrate, Karnal, is appealable under the provisions of the Arms Act, 1959. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant writ petition, with liberty to avail of the statutory remedy of appeal before the Appellate Authority. 2. Leave granted. 3. Consequently, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty (supra).
