According to the materials in the case diary, the victim was kept at the house of the present petitioner where she was subjected to sexual assault. The FIR was initiated in the year 2016 and the charge sheet was filed in September, 2016 itself. Since then the petitioner has been absconding. 3. In consideration of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and long absconsion of the present petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.
