The applicant has preferred this Second Bail Application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.25/2024, registered at Police Station Trikunda, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 498(A), 34 of IPC. First bail application was dismissed on merits showing various reasons as discussed in para 6 of the order dated 09.04.2025 passed in MCRC No.2214 of 2025. 2. In this view of the matter, I do not find any changed circumstances in second bail application. 3. Accordingly, the second bail applicant fails and is hereby dismissed.
