In the above Writ Petition, by an Order dated 9th July 2026, the Petitioner was granted interim relief by allowing the Petitioner to appear in 10th Semester Final Examination by filling in the examination form. Thereafter, the Petitioner has appeared in 10th Semester Final Examination. State of Maharashtra and Others in Interim Application No.5058 of 2026 in Writ Petition No.6027 of 2026 along with companion matters, which had applied the Order of the Supreme Court dated 21st July 2026 in Prakruthi Jain Vs. Bar Council of India and connected matters, thereby allowing the Petitioners’ academic session which was ongoing on 3rd November 2025 and who were prevented from appearing for the Semester Examination during the academic Session 2025-2026 solely on the ground of shortage of attendance, to be entitled to one time protection granted by the Supreme Court by an Order dated 21st July 2026, and allowed to appear for the Semester Examination for the academic Session 2025-2026, the present Petition would also be covered by the said Order. In the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner, by the aforesaid interim Order, has already been allowed to appear for the 10th Semester Final Examination. In view of the present Petition also being covered by the said Judgement dated 10th August 2026 in Aniruddha Gursal (Supra), nothing survives in the present Writ Petition and the present Petition is accordingly disposed of.
