Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is 23 years old and the victim girl is 17 years old. They had a love affair. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He prays for anticipatory bail on any terms and conditions. 3. Learned Advocate appearing for the State produces the Memo of Evidence and Case Diary and further relies upon the statement recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS and opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 4. Having heard the submission of the respective parties and on perusal of the materials on record, Memo of Evidence and case diary including statement of the victim, this Court 2 finds that the victim has implicated the petitioner in the offence as alleged. 5. In view of the above backdrop, this Court finds this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. 6. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM(A) 2080 of 2026 is, thus, rejected. 7. All concerned parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 8.
