Considering the urgency pleaded this matter has been upgraded. When this matter is taken up for hearing, none appears for the petitioner, no accommodation has been sought for either. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 1st Court at Barasat to dispose of the Title Suit No.619 of 2017 expeditiously. From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that September 19, 2025 was fixed for filing service returns and acknowledgment due card. It appears that the suit is not yet ready for hearing. For such reason, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing at this stage. With the above observations, CO 3809 of 2025 stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
