Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The applicant, who is in custody since 24.07.2025, has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Complaint Case No.23782 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 479a)/ 47(b)/ 47(e)/ 52(d)/ 55 of the Excise Act. 3. From perusal of the record, it appears that earlier the prayer for bail of the applicant has been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 25.09.2025, passed in B.A. No.8455 of 2025. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that complete set of complaint case along with its enclosures have been annexed with the present bail application and there is no suppression on his/ her part. Innocence of the applicant has been claimed and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. 5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and from perusal of the status report, submitted by the trial court, it appears that the case is pending at the stage of framing of charge. 6. Considering the nature of allegation and the materials available on record, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, in connection with Complaint Case No.23782 of 2025, on the - 1 - B.A. No.10291 of 2025 2026:JHHC:2378 condition that the applicant will submit self-attested photocopy of his Aadhaar Card and his mobile number before the learned trial court which he will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
