Advocate ORDER The petitioner’s premises was sealed by the third respondent, the licensing authority, on the ground that the petitioner was carrying out plastic recycling activities without obtaining the requisite licence from the competent authority. 2.The petitioner submits that he is willing to file an undertaking that he will not carry out any plastic recycling activities without obtaining due licence from the licensing authority and the necessary No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from the concerned departments.
