No.3178 of 2026 For Petitioner : M/s.Jeevani.VS (Party in Person) For Respondents : Mr.S.Arun Arockiasamy - R1 to R3 Government Advocate (Crl.Side) ORDER This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent police to conduct an inquiry, on the basis of the complaint dated 20.05.2026 in CSR No. 214 of 2026 dated 23.05.2026 which is pending on their file, and dispose of the pending CSR in accordance with law within a specified time framed fixed by this Court. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made a complaint before the respondent police seeking action against the respondents 4 and 5 on 20.05.2026. No.3178 of 2026 3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that already enquiry has commenced and the same is pending and the same would be concluded shortly. 4. Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record. Since, no adverse order is proposed to be passed as against the respondents 4 adn 5, notice to them is dispensed with. 5. Considering the nature of the complaint, this Court hereby directs the third respondent police to put the petitioner as well as the 4th and 5th respondents on notice under Section 64 BNSS and conduct a discreet enquiry and conclude the same within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
