The affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record. 2. Petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the appellate Tribunal. 3. The petitioner has applied for the post of Assistant Professor under the West Bengal College Service Commission but due to the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the authorities are not considering the candidature of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed an appeal before the appellate Tribunal being aggrieved with the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list and he prays for an order directing the appellate Tribunal to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible so as to enable the petitioner to appear in the process of appointment of Assistant Professor. 2 5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. This Court finds that the petitioner has already preferred an appeal before the appellate Tribunal. Accordingly, the appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 7. WPA 14676 of 2026 is disposed of. 8. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
