A perusal of the records reveal that A1 to A4 were absent for several hearings and NBW was issued on 18.07.2025 as against them. However, on the next day, it was cancelled. Continuously, A1 to A4 are absent and their application filed under Section 317 of Cr.P.C has been allowed. The chief examination of P.W.1 started on 14.10.2025 and it is yet to be completed, even after seven hearings. In the light of the above, the present petition has been filed seeking to expedite the disposal of the criminal case. 3.
