The petitioner has preferred present writ petition challenging the order of transfer dated 11.03.2025 passed by respondent no.3-Inspector General of Police (Establishment), Uttar Pradesh, Police Head Quarters, Lucknow, which has been complied by him immediately. 2. Learned Standing Counsel placed before this Court the instructions dated 06.04.2026 under signature of Commandant, 41th BN, PAC, Ghaziabad, same is taken on record. 3. After some arguements a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to dismiss present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to move a representation before the authorities against the aforesaid order of transfer. 4. In this view of the matte and without interfering with the order of transfer, petitioner is permitted to move a request as and when any new transfer policy is issued by the State Government. 5.
