The petitioners have filed the present writ application with the prayer for a direction upon the SIR Tribunal to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners. 2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court finds that the only grievance of the petitioners is that the appeal filed by the petitioners before the Appellate Tribunal is pending. 3.
