Authorities submits that the petitioner herein can avail of the Alternate Dispute Resolution Scheme “Vishwas, 2026” in respect of the impugned order challenged in the present writ application. It appears that the said orders have been passed under Section 14B and 7Q of the Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952. 2. On hearing Mr. Roy, the learned Government Pleader, and Mr. Ray, learned counsel appearing for the respondent authorities, the writ application is disposed with liberty granted to the petitioner herein to take necessary steps for availing of the said scheme at the earliest. 3.
