GP FOR IRRIGATION COMM AREA DEV The Court made the following: ::ORDER :: The above writ petition was filed to declare the action of the respondents in not paying the amounts in relation to the work executed by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Ms. B. Madhavi, learned counsel representing Sri Bokka Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation submitted that pending the writ petition, amount has been paid to the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for adjudication, in this writ petition. 3. Given, the submission of learned counsel on either side since amount has been paid to the petitioner, no further orders are required in this writ petition. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
