Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present petition is filed with the following prayer:- "i) Issue an order or direction to the Learned Court of District & Sessions Judge, Varanasi, to decide the Criminal Revision/Nigrani No.534 of 2025, (Kamlesh Patel vs Geeta Devi and Another) in Misc. Case No.287 of 2025, within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that opposite party is the revisionist and has filed criminal revision before the revisional court, which is pending since 2025 and a direction be issued to the court concerned to decide the same in a time bound manner. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the District & Sessions Judge, Varanasi to decide the Criminal Revision/Nigrani No.534 of 2025 (Kamlesh Patel Vs Geeta Devi and another) in Misc. Case No.287 of 2025 within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. May 6, 2026 D.
