Chakraborty …..for the State respondents 1) Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. 2) Matter is heard in presence of learned advocates representing petitioner and State respondents. 3) Learned advocate representing petitioner submits that prayer is made for directing concerned police authority to provide protection to petitioner. 4) During course of hearing, a copy of communication dated 12th August, 2026 of one Sub-Inspector of police, Nabadwip Police Station addressed to petitioner is placed before this Court and same is taken on record. 5) From communication dated 12th August, 2026 it appears that concerned police authority will provide necessary protection to petitioner, if occasion so arises. 6) In view of such communication dated 12th August, 2026, it appears that grievance of petitioner stands redressed and no further order need be passed on this writ petition. 7) Writ petition stands disposed of. 8) Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
