The sole prayer made in the instant writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the restoration application filed by the petitioner in Case No.13095 of 2022 and Computer Case No.T202205200113095 (Poonam Singh v. Bhagawati) under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which is stated to be pending before respondent no.2/Tehsildar, Sadar Deoria, District Deoria to be decided in a time bound period. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents does not have any objection to the above prayer. 4. In such view of the matter, the petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2, namely, Tehsildar, Sadar Deoria, District Deoria to decide the restoration application within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5.
