ORAL ORDER
1. Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. Notice to respondent Nos. 5 to 8 is dispensed with in view of the proposed order to be passed. 2.
The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: (a) Be Pleased to Pass writ order by way of mandamus by directing the Respondent -2 to pass the necessary orders on the Written representation dated 29.07.2025 by directing the Respondent - 4 to register the FIR against the Respondents 5 to 8 within reasonable not later than two weeks as per Vide Annexure-F.
(b) Grant other such relief/s as the situation demands to meet the ends of justice. 3. Petitioner claims that there is a permanent injunction which has been granted in favour of the petitioner in O.S. No. 219/2019 against respondent Nos. 5 to 8. Despite the said decree of permanent injunction, on a complaint being filed by the petitioner with the respondent - Police Authorities, the police authorities have not taken any action. - 4 -

4. The respondent - Police are not the executing authorities of any decree. The petitioner would be required to execute the decree passed in favour of the petitioner before the appropriate forum and it is for the appropriate forum to pass necessary orders directing the Police to do or not to do any particular act. The petitioner could not have approached the jurisdictional police authorities directly. 5. In that view of the matter, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file the execution proceedings, the petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) JUDGE
