In this Writ Petition, the grievance of the petitioner is to declare the Bond dated 23.08.2017 obtained from the petitioner (Annexure-B) by the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20803 WP No. 27197 of 2024 respondent Nos.2 and 3 are without authority of law inter alia sought for direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to post the petitioner to render remaining nine (9) months within the State of Karnataka in ESIC hospital after completion of her postgraduation. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 contended that, the petitioner is placing reliance on the judgment of this Court in the case of SHABANA SALAHUDHEEN AND OTHERS vs. UNION OF INDIA AND OTHERS in WRIT PETITION NOS.29365-29368/2018 AND OTHER CONNTECTED MATTERS, which came to be disposed of on 14.02.2020. (Annexure-G). The said judgment of the learned single Judge was assailed before the Division Bench of this court Writ Appeal No.312/2020. The Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.04.2026, set aside the order of the learned single Judge passed in Writ Petition Nos.29365- 29368/2018 and other connected matters (Annexure-G). - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20803 WP No. 27197 of 2024 4. In that view of the matter, I am of the opinion that, no interference is called for in this petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
