Instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No.2 i.e. the Sub-Divisional Officer, Rudrapur, District Deoria, to decide Case No.RST/11072/2025 (Computer Serial No.T202105200302297), Ajay Kumar vs. Gram Panchayat and Others, instituted under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which is pending since 16.01.2021 and, after remand pursuant to the order passed in Revision No.579/2024 is pending since 01.03.2025, within a stipulated time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Since the petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of the pending proceedings and no useful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2 to conclude the proceedings of Case No.RST/11072/2025 (Computer Serial No.T202105200302297) expeditiously after following the due procedure of law.
