This is an application filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, (BNSS) 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the Page No.# 2/2 accused applicant in connection with Laharighat P.S. Case No.225/2025, registered under Sections 21(b)/29 of NDPS Act, 1985. Mr. Ghosh, learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that the present accused applicant has already been arrested in the instant case and therefore, the instant anticipatory application has become infructuous.
