Mr. Rupal, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents in W.P.(C) 3628/2026 and W.P.(C) 3616/2026. 4. Mr. Kapoor, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents in W.P.(C) 3654/2026 and W.P.(C) 3593/2026. 5. Mr. Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that petitioner’s applications are pending with the respondents for a substantially long period of time and the same have neither been returned nor have been processed in terms of the decision taken in the 55th General Body Meeting of the respondent No. 1/NCTE. 6. He further states that the petitioners have duly complied with all the procedural requirements as well as the extant rules. 7. The petitions are disposed of directing the respondents to consider the pending applications of the petitioners in accordance with the 55th GBM Meeting and either return the same (if found not in accordance with the parameters) and in the alternative if found fulfilling the parameters, the same may be processed in accordance with their extant rules within 4 months from today.
