The appellant has prayed for following reliefs :- (i) Kindly set aside the order dated 28.07.2022 passed in Writ Petition (s) No. 4994 / 2022. (ii) Kindly allow the interim application I.A. No. 1/2022 in writ petition (S) No. 4994 /2022 by granting the relief sought by the petitioner in the writ petition. (iii) Kindly other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that, in the meantime, the State Government has already withdrawn the order of termination dated 01.08.2022 vide order dated 26.09.2022. In view thereof, he submits that no cause of action survives for pursuing the present appeal, as the matter has already become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the writ appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
