The petitioner in this Writ Petition is assailing the order on I.A.Nos.2 and 3 dated 28.11.2025 in Rev.Appeal No.191/2025, inter alia, sought to quash the entire proceedings - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010843552025 NC: 2026:KHC:45511 WP No. 39691 of 2025 in Rev. Appeal No.191/2025 as per Annexures-A and G to the Writ Petition. 2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the controversy is with regard to the order of conversion made in favour of the petitioner herein and challenging the same, matter is pending consideration before the karnataka Appellate Tribunal, Bengaluru in Rev.Appeal No.191/2025 (Annexure-A). In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the karnataka Appellate Tribunal, Bengaluru is requested to dispose of the aforementioned Appeal within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 3. All contentions of the parties are kept open to be urged before the karnataka Appellate Tribunal, Bengaluru. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
