A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner is charged with the offence under Sections 279 and 304(A) of IPC and 187 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. 3. It could be seen from the records that LW.1 has already been examined and it is posted for the examination of LW.2 to LW.6 for hearing on 19.06.2026. 4.
