1. The supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for a direction upon the appellate Tribunal for disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioner but during the pendency of the present writ application, the appellate Tribunal has taken up the appeal filed by the petitioner and excluded the name of the petitioner without any notice and without giving any opportunity of hearing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction upon the appellate Tribunal for restoration of the appeal and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner to dispose of the appeal as early as possible.
4. Considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. The appellate Tribunal is requested to restore the appeal of the petitioner being appeal no. APS2521G310326776871 dated March 31, 2026 and to
2 dispose of the appeal as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
6. WPA 18739 of 2026 is disposed of.
7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
