Setting aside and quashing the decision taken in the 135th meeting held dated 15.09.2022 of the board of directors of the 3rd Respondent vide Annexure- F. b. Declare that the Seniority of the Petitioner in the Seniority List prepared by Respondent No. 1 vide Annexure H No. KPTCL/B59/56860/2024-25 DATED 29.05.2025 be computed with effect from 16.03.2025 and accordingly the Seniority List be revised; In the alternate: c. Direct the 1st Respondent to consider the representation dated 26.07.2024 vide Annexure 7 and pass suitable orders in accordance with law within 30 (thirty) days of the disposal of this writ petition; - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:21249 WP No. 1747 of 2026 d. Grant such other relief(s) as may be deemed fit and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would restrict her prayer to prayer No.(c) only and the said submission is placed on record. 4. It is the grievance of the petitioner that her representation dated 26.07.2024 at Annexure-E submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, respondent No.1 is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider her representation dated 26.07.2024 at Annexure-E and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to approach this Court, in accordance with law, if the occasion so arise. 7. With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.
