Petitioner was initially appointed as Headmaster in an unaided institution, namely-Nav Jyoti Janta Junior High School, Panyya, Block Gairsain, District Chamoli w.e.f. 28.09.2005. 4. According to the petitioner, the said school was included in the grant-in-aid list of the State Government w.e.f. 10.02.2014 and petitioner thereafter started getting salary from the State Exchequer. According to the petitioner, services rendered by him since 2005 while serving in unaided school, have to be added in the services rendered in the institution, after it is included in the grant-in-aid list, for pay fixation and other monetary benefits. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made representations from time to time to the competent authority, but, no decision has been taken thereupon so far. 6. Learned State Counsel submits that petitioner can be permitted to make fresh representation and if he makes such representation within stipulated time, competent authority can be 2026:UHC:2990 directed to take decision thereupon expeditiously. 7. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make fresh representation to the competent authority. If he makes representation, within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within three months thereafter.
