G.P. for Revenue The Court made the following: 2 BSB,J W.P.No.12427 of 2026 ORDER: The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, particularly the 4th respondent in resorting to evict the petitioners from their residential houses asbestos roof sheet house was situated in Survey Nos. 497/1/B, 497/1A/1A and 497/1A/1B, of Avilala Village account in Tirupathi Rural Mandal of Tirupati District, without issuing any notice to the petitioners, nor following any process of law and declare the same as high handedly, illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and contrary to the settled principle of law apart from being violation of principles of natural justice and offends Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent, forthwith not to interfere with the petitioners’ peaceful possession and enjoyment in respect to the aforesaid house property…” 2.
