1. The supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.
2. Petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the appellate Tribunal.

Learned counsel for the submits that the petitioner had preferred an appeal against the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list as the appellate authority is not taking up the matter, the petitioner preferred the present writ application with the prayer for a direction upon the appellate Tribunal for dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner as early as possible.
4. Pendency of the writ application, the appellate Tribunal has taken up the appeal filed by the petitioner without any notice to the petitioner and without giving any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner; the appellate Tribunal has excluded the name of the petitioner from the roll.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction upon the appellate Tribunal for restoration of the appeal
2 and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner to dispose of the appeal as early as possible.
6. Considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
7. The appellate Tribunal is requested to restore the appeal of the petitioner being appeal no. APS2521G310326967217 and to dispose of the appeal as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
8. WPA 18567 of 2026 is disposed of.
9. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
