No one puts in appearance on behalf of the petitioner even in the second round. 2. The present criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of the FIR No.268/2021 dated 30.07.2021. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has filed the status report dated 03.02.2022, wherein it has been mentioned that the investigation agency, after completion of the investigation, has prepared the Challan No.07/2022 dated 31.01.2022 and investigation team has concluded that the offences under Section 420, 467, 471, 447, 201 and 120 IPC are found established against the petitioner. Even [2026:RJ-JP:8077] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-6967/2021] the said fact has been recorded in the order-sheet dated 26.02.2024 of this Court. 4. Since the challan has already been filed as against the petitioner, the present criminal miscellaneous petition challenging the said FIR, does not survive. 5. Accordingly, the present criminal miscellaneous petition hereby, stands dismissed. 6. Stay application and all pending applications, if any, hereby stand disposed of.
