No. 759 of 2025 whereby prayer for extension of ad interim order of injunction dated 20th November, 2025 was rejected. 4) It further appears that present writ petition was filed on 5th August, 2026 after aforesaid order was 2 passed by the civil court on 29th July, 2026 without disclosing said order. 5) Learned advocate representing petitioner prays for leave to withdraw writ petition. 6) Having considered the submission made on behalf of petitioner, writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 7) Copy of order dated 29th July, 2026 passed by the civil Court rejecting prayer for extension of ad interim order of injunction shall be supplied to learned advocate for the petitioner by 27th August, 2026. 8) All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
