Vide PUD dated 20.02.2026, learned Special Judge (Electricity Act, 2003) Janjgir, District Janjgir-Champa has informed that the appellant/accused Lakhan Lal Kashyap, son of Nanki Ram Kashyap, resident of Village Munund, Tahsil and Police Station Janjgir, District Janjgir-Champa (CG) has died on 27.08.2025. Learned Special Judge has also enclosed a photocopy of the death certificate of deceased appellant. 3. Thus, since the sole appellant has died, the present appeal stands abated under Section 435 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 4.
