Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioner claims to be working as Lecturer / Assistant Professor in the Department of Yogik Science since 2003 on contractual basis. He is aggrieved by issuance of an advertisement dated 10.03.2026 to the extent the respondents are seeking to fill up the post of Assistant Professor (Yoga Science), Department of Yogik Science through the said advertisement. 3. The petitioner has also prayed for a direction to the respondents to decide the representation made by him for his regularization against the said post. 1 2026:UHC:3012-DB 4. Shri Tushar Upadhyaya, learned counsel for the respondents has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, we dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent-university to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure-7) within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with photostat copy of the representation. 6.
