No. 123-2 situated at Naginayanicheruvu Village, Somandepalli Mandal, Sri Sathya Sai District (erstwhile Anantapur District) though Village Revenue Officer submitted report stating that petitioner is in possession since 40 years as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and volatile of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondent No.4 to consider the representation through grievance made by the petitioner for issuance of pattadar passbook and to record her name in revenue records in respect of above mentioned property and pass…” 2.
