Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. There are no materials to suggest the complicity of the present petitioner in the alleged offence. State has produced the case diary. I have taken into account the statement of the victim under Section 183 of the BNSS. 2 Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting bail at this stage. Petitioner will renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of the victim is over. At this stage CRM (M) 1289 of 2026 is dismissed. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
