Learned Advocate Mr. Prithu Parimal appearing for the original complainant shall file his appearance before the Registry. 2. Present application is preferred by the applicants under Section 528 of the BNS, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR being CR. No.11216010260432 of 2026 dated 17.08.2026 registered with Pethapur Police Station, Gandhinagar for the offences punishable under the provisions of the IPC, 1860 as well as the Gujarat Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 2020. 3. Heard learned Advocate for the applicants and learned APP for the Respondent – State. 4. Rule. Learned APP waives service of notice for and on behalf of the respondent – State. 5. Learned Advocate for the applicants has submitted that the matter has R/CR.MA/21905/2026(GJHC240646382026) ORDER DATED: 18/09/2026 been amicably settled between the parties and they are now not willing to proceed with the complaint any further. 6. The complainant viz. Rajdeepsinh Zala is virtually present before the Court who has identified by the learned Advocate Ms. Dimple Dhamani appearing on his behalf. She has also filed an affidavit dated 07.09.2026 on record indicating that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and there is no objection if present application is allowed. It is also stated in the affidavit that the applicant have accepted the title of the complainant and they have also handed over the quiet and vacant possession of the disputed land to the complainant. The said affidavit is ordered to be taken on record. 7. Considering averments made in the Affidavit as also the submissions made by the learned Advocates for the respective parties, the present application deserves to be allowed and is hereby allowed. The FIR being CR No.11216010260432 of 2026 dated 17.08.2026 registered with Pethapur Police Station, Gandhinagar is hereby quashed and set aside qua the present applicants. If the applicants are in custody, they shall be released forthwith. Rule is made absolute. Direct service today, is permitted. (M. R.
