This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as the petitioners are in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 338, 340(2) of BNS and under Section 61(2), 66(C), 66(D) of I.T., Act. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned Spl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. There is an allegation that these petitioners along with others is committing cyber fraud by using mobile phones. The mobile phones were used to call several persons for committing cheating by hacking their bank accounts. 5. Considering the fact, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No.588/2025, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Session Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Cases, Dhanbad, stands rejected. 6. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. 7.
