Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the Government of Tamilnadu. 3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, is directing the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 09.03.2026, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
