Affidavit of service filed on behalf of petitioner is taken on record. 2. Petitioner has obtained a decree in Title Suit No. 75 of 2016 which was put into execution. In connection with execution proceeding cost was deposited with the concerned police authority for deputing police personnel to carry out order of the Civil Court. It is submitted by learned advocate representing petitioner that in spite of depositing cost police personnel were not deputed. 3. State respondents are represented by learned advocate. 4. If after depositing cost police personnel are not deputed for carrying out order of Civil Court in that event petitioner shall be at liberty to bring 2 it to notice of the Civil Court in connection with execution proceeding. 5.
