Sri Satish, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation submitted that instructions furnished by the Executive Engineer, WRD, Nellore North Division, Kavali, wherein it was stated that the petitioner was paid Rs.3,06,781.80 paise and Rs.39,877/- on 25.06.2023 and 15.06.2023, respectively. 4. Given, the instructions furnished by the Executive Engineer, WRD, Nellore North Division, Kavali, since the amount was paid to the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication and hence, no further orders are required in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
