This Court had earlier vide order dated 28.03.2024 allowed CA No.237/2019 directing the Official Liquidator to execute a sale deed in respect of the subject property. Present application in CA No.12/2025 has been filed seeking for extension of time by contending that since the applicant was unwell the process could not be completed. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10840 CA No. 12 of 2025 In CA No. 237 of 2019 In COP No. 45 of 2001 2. Sri Thomas V. Peter, learned counsel for the Applicant today submits that all action on part of the applicant would be carried out in a time bound manner and all assistance would be rendered to the Official Liquidator to complete the registration in time. In that view of the matter, Sri Jagadeeshgoud Patil, learned counsel for the official liquidator on instructions submitted that so long as a time period is adhered to by the applicant a sale deed would be executed by the official liquidator which could be presented for registration by the applicant since there is an exemption for the official liquidator to appear before the sub-Registrar. 3. Submission of Sri Thomas V. Peter, learned counsel is that a draft of the sale deed will be furnished on or before 04.03.2026. If such draft is furnished on or before 04.03.2026 the official liquidator is directed to verify, comment and approve the same within 15 days of such submission which shall be collected by - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10840 CA No. 12 of 2025 In CA No. 237 of 2019 In COP No. 45 of 2001 the applicant and presented for registration within the prescribed period of 30 days from the approval and signature by the official liquidator. 4. While collecting the approved draft from the official liquidator, the applicant would have to surrender all the original documents including the earlier sale deed. 5. Needless to say, in the event of the time frame not being adhered to by the applicant, the applicant would not be entitled to the benefit of this order. 6. Accordingly, CA No.12/2025 stands disposed. 7.
