1. At the time of call learned advocate representing petitioner prays for accommodation and such prayer is refused.
2. Petitioner has prayed for registration of FIR based on complaint lodged and as such no purpose would be sub served in keeping this writ petition pending.
3. There is an alternative remedy available to the petitioner under Section 175(3) BNSS 2023 by approaching jurisdictional Magistrate in the event complaint of petitioner is not transformed into an FIR.
4. Due to availability of alternative remedy present writ petition is not entertained and same stands dismissed.
5. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach jurisdictional Magistrate in pursuit of remedy.
