Aparna Hazra Mr. Mohammed Shahid ….for the petitioners This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is directed against a judgment and order dated June 12, 2026 passed by the learned State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, West Bengal in Consumer Complaint No.SC/19/CC/158/2023. In view of the alternative appellate remedy available under the relevant statute, this Court is not inclined to entertain this civil revisional application. For such reason, CO 2824 f 2026 stands dismissed as not entertained. It is, however, made clear that this order shall not preclude the petitioner from approaching the appropriate forum in accordance with law. There will be no order as to costs.
