1. The petitioner has filed this petition with the following reliefs:-
“ 10.1 That this Hon'ble court kindly be pleased to direct the Respondents for deciding the Digitally signed by AMIT PATEL
2 representation regarding correction of calculation of compensation as per provision of Section 30(3) & 80 of Act, 2013 within 2 weeks. 10.2 That this Hon'ble court kindly be pleased to direct the Respondents for issuance of amended demand letter as per provision of Act,
2013. 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks limited relief to the effect that the application filed by the petitioner before the concerned authority on 08.09.2026, seeking correction in terms of Sections 30(3) and 80 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act of 2013”), may be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within a stipulated period.
3. Learned State Counsel does not raise any objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, the writ petition is
disposed of with a direction to Respondent No. 4/Sub-Divisional Officer-cum-Land Acquisition Officer, Champa, District Janjgir- Champa, Chhattisgarh, to consider the application/representation dated 08.09.2026 submitted by the petitioner and pass an appropriate order thereon, in accordance with law, within a period
3 of 60 days from today. While considering the aforesaid application/representation, the concerned authority shall take into
consideration the provisions of Sections 30(3) and 80 of the Act of 2013, as applicable. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and it shall be upon the concerned authority to consider the matter independently and pass an appropriate order strictly in accordance with law.
5. Interlocutory application(s), pending if any, also stands disposed of.
