Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that instant petition can be disposed of with the liberty to file a representation within a period of 7 days in light of Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No. 1665/2024) and Circular
[2026:RJ-JP:14368] (2 of 2) [CW-5990/2026] issued by the Chief Secretary for the State of Rajasthan, dated 19.02.2024 (No. i- 10¼1½ izlq-@vuqq-&1@2012).

3. This Court directs respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, if filed, and decide the same within a period of 15 days, strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously as per the ratio encapsulated in Pawan Meena (Supra) and Circular dated
